Terms and Conditions
The Gift Card (hereinafter referred to as the “Card”) is valid for the purchase of items marketed on the DESIGNATED Website.
The Card is owned by Emblematic Domain Unipessoal, Lda., registered with NIPC 516374427, with fiscal domicile at Rua Marechal Saldanha, Nº 604 – Letra E, 4150-652 Porto, Portugal, being the holder of the Card and a mere user of the same.
The Gift Card is valid for one year after purchase.
If you wish to return an unused Gift Card, you may do so, provided it has been purchased for less than 30 days. To do this, please contact DESIGNATED Customer Support at designated@dsgntd.com.
Any remaining balance on the Card cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
Where applicable, the refund of items purchased with the Card that are returned will be made by crediting the value of the returned item to the remaining balance of the Card. However, if the Card no longer exists at the time of the return of the item, the price of the item will be refunded in the form of a Voucher (with identical conditions as the Gift Card).
The Card is a bearer instrument. The use of the Card is the sole responsibility of its holder.
Cards purchased by any unlawful means will be considered null and void and may not be used to purchase items, nor may the value of the items be refunded.
Whenever a Card is purchased, we shall not be liable for failure to receive or delay in receipt of the Card by the respective recipient for reasons beyond our control, including, but not limited to: (i) deficiencies or breakdown of telecommunications lines/systems, (ii) the delay in the transmission of information or data or the loss of information or data that may occur in any of the situations provided for in (i) above; (iii) incorrect data of the recipient of the Gift Card provided by the purchaser of the Card; (iv) unable to deliver the Card to the email address provided, or (v) the fact that the email sent is considered spam or unwanted e-mail.
The Card may not be used for the purpose of advertising or promoting articles or services marketed by third parties unless the issuing entity has given its prior written consent.
The purchase and/or use of the Card implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
